My new favorite Sunday funday spot! The food is great and the service was amazing! We had Domonique as our server and her customer service was top tier, she really went above and beyond to make sure we had a 10/10 experience. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Our waitress Ambria was nothing short of amazing!!! Even though we were seated at the bar in the other section of the premises (WHICH SHE DID NOT COVER) she made sure we were served our food AND drinks promptly!! Her attitude and service was impeccable!! I just had to go on record about it

Went to brunch on this past Sunday 10/20. Rebeka was my server and she was a 10/10 server. Visiting from New Jersey she made me and my friends feel right at home. Highly recommend her when traveling to Chapman & Kirby. Will request her every time I visit. Thanks Rebeka - Deon

First time visiting on Sunday for brunch. 5 Star ???? for the DJ he played R&B, zydeco and line dance things! 4 ???? Catfish and Grits and the shrimp& Grits were good. 5 star ???? The drinks were wonderful: Passion fruit mimosa, Hennessy me and lemon drop ????. Paid parking is available across the street. We arrived at 12 pm and walked right in. There is a reservation list , but at the bar was easy to sit & fun meeting folks! Age group was late twenties & older.

It was our first time visiting Chapman and our waitress Ambrea(not sure if that’s the proper spelling) did not disappoint. She was attentive and never went too long without checking on us. The vibes were great and the service was even better. We will definitely be back/booking with Ambrea in the future!

Last Sunday was my first time having brunch here and the vibes were unmatched! My server was Dominique and she made the experience entirely! She displayed nothing short of excellent customer experience and because of her, i will definitely be returning!

We stopped by from Va..Ambria was awesome! We ordered from the side bar and she made sure to check on us throughout the busy Sunday. It’s a lit atmosphere for sure. Make reservations ahead of time for sure.

My favorite spot in Houston. We went on a Sunday afternoon, which I’ve heard is the best day to party in Houston. The DJ was solid, the space is inviting, you can go from outside to inside and there’s still people everywhere dancing. I’ve noticed in Houston, there’s not so much intermingling, people mostly stay with the crowd that they came with but here I thought it was at least a little different where you’re able to meet people which is always what I’m looking to do when traveling. Good service, highly recommend. Can’t comment on the food, but I think it’s mostly chicken and wings from what I saw on others table.

I was in Houston for the first time last weekend and was told you don't leave Houston on a Sunday. It was recommended multiple times to go to Chapman & Kirby. I get the hype. It's a fun environment. It's a large space. Some people were outside, others were at the bar, some at tables and some standing and dancing. The music was great! It can be a little loud so if you're sitting at a table you may have to talk louder than usual. It was also a little warm after awhile. I saw some people bring in their little fans. I wish I did lol Now for the food! We stattedstarted out with drinks. I got the mango panic. It was really good! Mixed well also. My sister had the henny thing goes and she said she really liked it. I ordered the southwest egg rolls to start but it was brought out with our main food. Those egg rolls were really good! I like the dipping sauce it came with. I had the catfish and grits. Yall that was soooo good. No exaggeration. Fish was crispy and the grits were creamy and flavorful. I got a side of eggs with cheese. I kinda wish they let the cheese melt first but it was pretty good lol my sister had the French toast and she said she really enjoyed it. Overall the food and the vibes were really good. I heard it turns more into a day party but I didn't really see that. It could have been that we were too early. We had a reservation for 2 pm. Btw it's highly recommended to make a reservation first. This place gets really busy. I had a great time. Whenever I'm back in the H, I will come back!

Stepped out with my crew, all of us young professionals looking to unwind after a long week, we hit up Chapman and Kirby, drawn in by its cool vibe and the kind of music that keeps the night alive. I went for the catfish and grits, which was straight-up delicious, though I gotta say, the portion size left me wanting more. My friends, though, were all about it, already talking about when we're coming back before we even left. The night was a hit, filled with good laughs and an energy that's hard to find just anywhere. Chapman and Kirby really held it down, making sure our night was nothing short of great. Definitely a spot that was hit up for anyone looking to keep it lively and enjoy some quality time with their people.
